CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your activewear to you as fast as possible. Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately.

Before Shipping:

• Contact us at bodiedbywens@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel
• If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days

After Shipping:

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
• If you no longer want the item after it ships, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
• After 24 hours, all pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled
