RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at BODIEDBYWENS, due to the intimate nature of our activewear products, we do NOT accept returns.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please ensure that your shipping address, size, and items are correct before checking out, as we cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed for shipping.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unworn items in original packaging with tags attached.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 4 business days of receiving your order
• Email bodiedbywens@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange (sizing/fit)
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We will ship the exchanged item once we receive and inspect the original item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bodiedbywens@gmail.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
