Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items take 3-4 weeks to ship from the date of purchase. All pre-order products are clearly marked as "Pre-Order" on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 2-3 business days (Standard) or next business day (Express).

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (2-3 days): $9.99 CAD
  • Express Shipping (Next Day): $15.99 CAD
  • FREE Shipping on orders $120 CAD and above

International Shipping (United States)

We're excited to offer seamless cross-border shipping to the US with no surprise fees!

Duties & Taxes Included:

  • All applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout
  • You'll see a "Duties and import taxes" line item showing the exact amount
  • No surprise fees at delivery – what you see at checkout is what you pay
  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service ensures smooth customs clearance

Shipping Rates:

  • Economy U.S. Shipping: 7-9 business days - $15 USD
  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-5 business days - $22 USD
  • FREE Shipping on orders $120 USD and above

International Shipping (United Kingdom & Other Countries)

For orders shipping to the UK and other international destinations:

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Delivery times: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

  • You may be responsible for paying these fees when your package arrives in your country
