The Bodied Boxing Social is a beginner-friendly fitness experience featuring a dynamic full-body HIIT workout that combines treadmill intervals, boxing bag rounds, and strength training for a powerful, sculpting burn from start to finish.

This is more than a workout — it’s a community experience. Expect good energy, curated vibes, and a space where women can show up, feel confident, and push themselves at their own pace.

After class, unwind with light refreshments, take photos, and connect with like-minded women in a feel-good social setting.

Each person must purchase their own ticket. Please provide your email and full name at checkout to be added to the event list.

This event will happen Downtown Toronto (Yonge & Shuter) and you will be emailed the full studio address upon your ticket purchase.
