RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BODIEDBYWENS, we design our activewear with quality and fit in mind — and we stand behind every piece we make.
Due to the intimate nature of activewear, all sales are final. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing, and reach out to us before you order if you have any sizing questions — we're happy to help you find your perfect fit.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing and fit on unworn items in original condition. Here's how it works:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Email bodiedbywens@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship your exchange promptly
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at bodiedbywens@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order sales are final and not eligible for exchanges.
