SHIPPING POLICY

At BODIEDBYWENS, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All shipments include tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are prioritized for same-day processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order ships.

Please note: during peak seasons, launches, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. All pre-order products are clearly marked as "Pre-Order" on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL

  • Standard Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99 CAD
  • Express Shipping (Next Business Day): $15.99 CAD
  • FREE Shipping on orders $80 CAD and above

International Shipping — United States

We offer seamless cross-border shipping to the US with no surprise fees at delivery.

  • All applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout
  • You'll see a "Duties and import taxes" line item showing the exact amount before you pay
  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — what you see at checkout is what you pay, guaranteed
  • Carrier: Canada Post with USPS final delivery, DHL, FedEx

Shipping Rates:

  • Economy U.S. Shipping (7-9 business days): $15 USD
  • Standard U.S. Shipping (3-5 business days): $22 USD
  • FREE Shipping on orders $80 USD and above

International Shipping — United Kingdom & Worldwide

We ship globally with the same no-surprise-fees promise. All applicable duties, VAT, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for all international destinations — what you see is what you pay.
